By submitting my application and payment I am signifying that I have read and agree to the abide by the stipulations on this page.

Please Read Carefully before submitting your application and payment:

• I understand that as a Two Creeks CSA member I share in the risks and rewards of farming.  Thus, there is no guarantee as to the exact size or weight of the chicken I will receive.
• I understand that there are no refunds for shares in the event that I change my mind or in the event of a natural disaster.
• I understand that I am purchasing a share of one season's harvest and not ownership of the farm, the property, or equipment.
• I will arrive at the designated distribution point at the designated time to pick up my share.  If I cannot pick up my share due to an non-emergency (such as vacation), I will provide one week notice.  I will attempt to give notice of my inability to pick up due to an emergency as soon as I am able.  An alternate pick up date may also be available in emergency situations.  If I do not pick up my share on the designated date, I may be able to pick it up on the next day at the farm.
